Subscription Policy
This policy governs the AZD Rewards membership offered by Auto Zone Deals (VANTARISE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
What AZD Rewards is
AZD Rewards is an optional, paid monthly membership that unlocks member pricing and perks across Auto Zone Deals.
Enrollment & payment authorization
When you join, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the recurring membership fee on an ongoing basis until you cancel. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
Billing & automatic renewal
Membership is billed at $29.99 per month. You're charged on the day you enroll and then automatically every 30 days. Your membership renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. We'll email a reminder before each renewal and a receipt after each successful charge.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry it over the following days and pause member benefits until payment succeeds. If we can't collect payment, your membership may be cancelled.
Price and benefit changes
We may change the membership price or benefits over time. If we do, we'll give members advance notice by email, and the change applies to your next billing cycle. Continuing after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account or the Cancel Membership page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep your benefits until then. You won't be charged again after that date.
Refunds
Membership charges pay for the upcoming billing period and are generally non-refundable, including unused days within a paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it promptly.
